Anirban Banerjee is an Assistant Professor in the Finance and Accounting Area at IIM Ahmedabad. His research interest is Market Microstructure, primarily focusing on the role of algorithmic and high-frequency traders. He is also a member of the Misra Centre for Financial Markets and Economy and the Brij Disa Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIM Ahmedabad. He hold a Ph.D. from IIM Calcutta and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
